What is your overall rating of Amazon Web Services?
3/5 stars
What has been best about working at Amazon Web Services?
The pumping rooms are incredible in my building and having access to that gave me peace of mind.
What has been most challenging?
Maternity leave was just way too short for me at four months. When trying to extend it I was on a call for over an hour, being transferred to four different folks, until I finally got my answer. I was in tears by that point.
Would you recommend this company to others?
The caveat is...work for a manager who has been at AWS for 6+ months. It's a tough place that will take what it can from you unless you set boundaries and have someone help provide air cover for you.
